Jill Cox provides listening and coaching support to those caring for a loved one, helping them find their own unique path through this challenging process. If you are locally based in the Cheshire, Lancashire regions of England or Northwales, Jill can deliver support in person. Jill Cox helps volunteers and carers set up peer support groups enabling a positive, supportive environment that provides an ongoing lifeline and safe space to talk, listen, learn, and share experiences. Having experienced first hand, the benefit of passing on the heart of this knowledge to others and for this reason, Jill also facilitates local groups who want to create compassionate support for each other in their community – aimed at reducing isolation and loneliness and increasing wellbeing and cohesion, Jill co-designs and facilitates a bespoke process for each community.
