One to One Support
Jill provides listening and coaching support to those caring for a loved one, helping them find their own unique path through this challenging process. If local, this can be delivered face to face. Skype sessions are used when working together over longer distances. Enquire about one-to-one support, and/or arrange to book a personalised Skype session with Jill.
Support Groups and Communities
Jill helps volunteers and carers set up peer support groups enabling a positive, supportive environment that provides an ongoing lifeline and safe space to talk and listen, learn and share experiences. Jill facilitates local groups who want to create compassionate support for each other in their community – aimed at reducing isolation and loneliness and increasing wellbeing and community cohesion, Jill co-designs and facilitates a bespoke process for each community.
